Support
Mylo is a private place for your wins — no feed, no followers, no
comparison. Here's how to get help.

For bugs, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were
doing when it happened — a screenshot is even better.
Common questions
How do I log a win?
Tap the gold + button on the Home screen. Add a title, pick a category,
and optionally add a note, a photo, or a video. Big or small — it all counts.
Where is my data stored? Can anyone else see it?
Everything stays on your device. Mylo has no account, no servers, and no social
features, so no one else can see your wins. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
Will my wins survive a new phone?
If you have iCloud Backup (or an encrypted computer backup) turned on, Mylo's data is
included in your normal device backup and comes back when you restore a new iPhone
from that backup. Note that deleting the app itself erases its local data.
How do I try the app without entering my own data?
Go to Profile → Account → Demo Mode. That fills Mylo with example wins so you
can look around. Your real wins are kept completely separate and are untouched — turn
Demo Mode off to get back to them.
How do I turn reminders off?
Profile → Notifications → Daily Reminders. Turning it off cancels all
scheduled reminders.
What are Calendar Wins and Health Wins?
Optional helpers that look for milestones you may have forgotten — past events, or
workouts, records, and personal firsts. Nothing is added automatically: you review
every suggestion and choose what to keep. Health access is read-only.
Can I lock the app?
Yes — Profile → Privacy → Face ID requires authentication to open Mylo.
How do I delete everything?
Profile → Account → Delete All Data erases all wins, photos, videos, and
trophies from your device. This can't be undone.
